Notre Histoire

Born in France,
built in Alpharetta.

Not a themed restaurant. Not a caricature. A genuine slice of everyday Paris.

One Day in Paris began with a simple ache — the kind you only feel after you've lived somewhere that does the small things beautifully. Mornings that start with a warm croissant and an unhurried coffee. Long dinners that drift into longer conversations. A neighborhood bistro where the host knows your name and the wine is poured generously.

Founded by friends who grew up surrounded by café culture, artisan baking, and meals that lasted for hours, One Day in Paris was created to bring that flavor to Alpharetta. After years spent between Paris, Bordeaux, Los Angeles and New York, they came home to Georgia with one idea: build the place they missed.

The everyday, done exceptionally

In France, the bistro is the heartbeat of the block — open early, welcoming always, equally right for a solo coffee or a celebration of forty. We've tried to honor that here: a boulangerie at dawn, a restaurant at dusk, a wine bar after dark, all under one roof.

Everything is made with intention. Our pastries are laminated over days, not hours. Our coffee is roasted in-house. Our wine list leans natural and curious. And our dining room is built for lingering — because, in Paris, that's the whole point.

The Space

Marble, brass & candlelight.

We designed the room the way a Parisian bistro feels at golden hour — warm light through tall windows, marble-topped tables, bentwood chairs, velvet banquettes and the soft clink of glasses. It's intimate enough for two and alive enough for a Saturday night.

Come for the croissants. Stay for the wine. Make it part of your week.
